Our Herrin facility is the hub of all Central Hospital For Animals locations and offers comprehensive medical and surgical care for our animal patients. Services range from yearly examinations, vaccinations, and spaying & neutering to extensive surgical and hospitalizations options, such as orthopedics and cancer treatments. We also have a variety of pet foods, treats, shampoos, and flea/heartworm prevention for your dog, cat, or exotic pet. No matter your pet’s situation, our animal hospital staff and veterinarian in Herrin are here to provide your animal with the very best care.

Over the years, satellite clinics were added to neighboring towns in Carbondale, Marion, & Harrisburg. The Herrin office contains a full laboratory & pharmacy, and although most diagnostic and treatment procedures are completed within the hospital, sometimes we rely on other laboratories as needed. CHFA boasts the latest technology by offering digital radiology, ultrasound, CO2 Laser, and Therapy Laser. We have 9 doctors staffed at all four locations to help serve our Southern Illinois community.
